1. Description of Service

Neuralook provides AI-driven social media marketing tools designed to automate content distribution, scheduling, and client outreach management ("Services"). Our platform processes the User's authorized content to enhance their social media presence and facilitate lead acquisition. Neuralook is a software tool for communication and marketing.

2. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period under the same conditions unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway (Revolut/Stripe). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes (VAT/IVA) as per your jurisdiction.

3. Performance & No-Refund Policy

• Service Delivery: Neuralook provides tools to streamline outreach and content delivery. Due to the nature of social media algorithms and the dependency on the user's content quality, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, sales, or a precise number of paying customers.
• No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources (AI processing, server capacity), all fees paid are non-refundable and non-pro-ratable, except as required by law.
• Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer protection laws, by subscribing to our Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital service has begun.
• Results Attribution: The service is considered "fully rendered" once the automated outreach and content distribution actions specified in your plan have been initiated.

4. Account Safety & Third-Party Platforms

• Compliance: Our technology uses secure protocols to interact with social media platforms. However, you acknowledge that platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) have their own Terms of Service.
• Assumption of Risk: You understand that using third-party marketing tools involves risks related to platform algorithm updates. Neuralook shall not be held responsible for any account restrictions or suspensions imposed by these platforms.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services to generate or distribute spam, fraudulent, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use encrypted protocols to ensure your data security.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neuralook shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or account restrictions imposed by social media platforms. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alicante, Spain.
